TinyTV BackerKit surveys are coming!

TinyTV 2 / TinyTV Mini production is moving along, and we're ready to send out Backertkit surveys to start collecting your information. We are getting our production plastic cases for the TinyTV 2 in the next few weeks and will start to ship out rewards later this month. The TinyTV Mini plastic injection mold is still being worked on, this is planned to be done by next month and we'll start shipping out rewards that include the minis shortly after that.
Today you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://tinytv2.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://tinytv2.backerkit.com/faq.

Thumby Kickstarter Fulfilled and Now Available at TinyCircuits.com

Thank you so much for your support and love for Thumby! As of today, we've shipped over 10,000 Thumbys to over 6000 different backers on Kickstarter and Indiegogo - thank you all for your support of Thumby! We have finished the crowdfunding phase of Thumby, and are now excited to announce these are now in stock and for sale on our website.
We had so much fun in the past few months seeing all the Thumby pictures, videos, and games you post online or share with us bring our tiny team so much joy!

Shipping & New Games Update

It's great seeing updates and comments from people receiving their Thumbys, the response has been amazing! We're still hard at work building and shipping Thumbys every day - we apologize to those that have not yet received their Thumbys, we do hope to bet able to get all the final shipments out in the next 2- 3 weeks. Thanks for your continued patience.
Current Shipping Status
There are 4437 backers as part of the Kickstarter campaign and we have 631 orders remaining that we can ship, so we are just over 85% complete. Most of these orders are higher backer numbers (over backer number 3000), but there are still a small percentage under backer number 3000 that are still waiting to ship out, and we hope to have all these done within the next week.
Russia / Ukraine / BelarusShipping Status
Due to Russia's war in the Ukraine, US shipping services have postponed shipments to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. We hope that this horrible invasion ends soon, and we stand with all those that are suffering.
Any shipments that we made to these countries from January to now have been returned to us by the US Postal service, and we have no options to ship Thumbys to these countries at this time. If you are affected by this, we intend to hold onto these Thumbys until the war is over and shipments can resume. If you would like a refund, please contact me and we will process this.

Shipping Update & New Website Launched

We've been hard at work since the last update - we've been able to increase our daily Thumby production and have received in the final plastic color, and we're shipping 100+ orders everyday. When we launched the Thumby campaign last fall, we anticipated having around 500 backers with an estimated ship date of Feb 2022. Thanks to you all we exceeded our goal by 1300% with over 4000 backers! We did ramp up with the hope to get all these out by the Feb 2022 date and have shipped over 50% of the orders so far, but obviously not all of the orders were shipped by February.
At our current rate, we should be able to get out all of the remaining orders in March, we thank you all for your patience with this, and look forward to everyone getting their Thumbys as soon as possible
Current Shipping Status
There are 4437 backers as part of the Kickstarter campaign, and we have shipped 2268 orders so far, a bit over 51%.
We've are now shipping rewards in all levels, and have just received in the final plastic color that is needed, Magenta.
Magenta / Pink Thumby Color
The pigment for this final plastic color caused our injection molding partner some difficulties, which led to delays in receiving these. The final color we were able to achieve with this is much more of a pink than a true magenta. The final color looks great, but is not quite what was previewed during the campaign or on Backerkit.
If your order does have a Magenta Thumby in it, please take a look at the picture below to see if you like the pink color. If not, please feel free to email us at [email protected] and ask for a different color, or send me a DM here on Kickstarter, or go onto Backerkit to select a different color.

Shipping Information
We are trying as much as possible to ship orders based on when your pledge was placed, assuming we have the items necessary to ship it. Even though we have shipped over 2000 orders, some earlier orders haven't shipped yet since we didn't have all of the items at that time to ship your order. We should be getting caught up on all these over the next 1 - 2 weeks, so if you do have an early pledge number we have not forgotten about you!
If you added items through Backerkit that require additional costs, we will not charge this until the order is ready to ship. So if you do see a credit card charge come in, your order will likely ship within one day.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email from Backerkit with the shipping and tracking information.
All shipments are being done by USPS First Class Mail.
US Destinations
If you are in the US, and the tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please wait another 1 - 2 days. Some US post offices will mark this as delivered when it arrives at the post office, not when delivered to your residence.
International
The USPS Tracking for International orders typically will not update once the package leaves the US. If the tracking shows an entry of Chicago, New York or Cincinnati, this is where the package has left the US for your home country, and typically the tracking will not update after this point.
Please allow 4-8 weeks from the time you receive your tracking information for the Thumby to arrive. Unfortunately we do not have any way to find out any additional information other than what is shown on the tracking site, such as where the package is and exactly when it will arrive.
If the package does not arrive after 8 weeks from when the initial shipping date, please contact us at that time.
Website Update
The Thumby website has been fully updated. The new site includes programming examples for the MicroPython API along with a new Arduino C/C++ library implementation for those looking to program Thumby in that environment. Check it out here - https://thumby.us/

Shipping Update - Colors and Special Editions now shipping!

It's been a little while since our last update! We've been hard at work building and shipping Thumbys every day. Last week we began shipping green, blue, and teal Thumbys. We're increasing our rate of production to achieve 200 Thumbys assembled and shipped per day.
Current Shipping Status
There are 4437 backers as part of the Kickstarter campaign, and we have shipped orders to 1395 so far, a bit over 31%.
So far, most of these have been single light gray Thumbys, in the $19 and $24 level, but we started to ship other color Thumbys as of last week.
Multiplayer Units - We've been holding off on shipping orders with multiple Thumbys since we wanted to have multiplayer support in these straight out of the box. We've updated the software earlier this week for multiplayer support using the Thumby Link cable, and are preloading a new multiplayer game "Tennis"(a Pong inspired game) onto units shipping after today.
We also have a new tutorial in the works for creating your own multiplayer games, which will be available shortly.
Special Edition Thumbys - The special edition packaging is now complete and the special edition gold Thumbys are being made up, and we'll start shipping special edition rewards this week!
When will my order ship?
We're shipping based on when your pledge came in if we have the items necessary to ship it (such as the colors and extras you chose). Until now, most orders shipped have just been single Thumby orders. Now with the multiplayer software support in, we'll be shipping all reward levels.
At our current rate, we're getting out about 500 orders per week, but are working to increase this to get all the orders shipped out as soon as possible.
Tracking Info
When your Thumby is packed up and ready to ship, you will receive the tracking information for the package via the email you used for your BackerKit account.
Colors
We now have all the colors of plastic Thumby cases in, except for Magenta, which will be coming in next week.
